The price is cheap and the location is good.
I just called to set up a appointment. A China lady picked up. I doubt she understands English very well. She switched the conversation to Mandarin without even asking if I can speak Mandarin.
The place is pretty popular. I only managed to get a appointment nearly 2 weeks after.
There are a few reviews on blogs but I cant help but feel that they are sponsored. haha.

same like you... i saw 3 blogs with the exact same kind of pictures taken during the procedure.. it's like they really gave them some kind of benefits to do those blogs.. other than those, i dun really see any good concrete reviews on OA.
I think not a lot of people knows about the place. I actually had to rely on GPS to find Singapore shopping centre. :x
mine was horrible up till date. I bought a deal online, tried to call their customer service line on the voucher - an operator picks up says the consultant will return my call in 24 hours. 24 hours later.. no call was returned.. called again and found out they ask me to leave my number AGAIN.. so i demanded to talk to the consultant directly. The operator transferred my line but there was no pick up so she had given me a number to call instead. I've check the number against what I've found on the internet and it matches the Dhoby Ghaut number. So i called, still nobody was picking up. Mind you, I've called between 9.30 to 10.45 am.
To ask if i were to ever purchase any services with them in future? NO! Busy is acceptable, having operators to answer your phone is acceptable as well BUT not returning customers phone calls is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
strange tho. i have heard many similar complains. i would be pretty pissed too if i had encountered that kind of service!! but i have to say that my experience was pretty smooth.
the new deal that they launched might have been too overwhelming..
My experience with Only Aesthetics has been terrible. Simply can't get through to make an appointment. Either phone is busy or no answer, takes many days to get a response from their booking email address. It took me an entire week just to get an appointment made and that was after several phone calls and emails, ending in a strongly worded email of complaint. Very very useless and unprofessional group. A group of children could run a business better.

Most likely WON'T be trying it... luckily Im the sort to does research before buying anything... look at this forum and one unlucky customer.. they have the conversation posted.. Am truly appalled at OnlyAesthetic's bad service.
