heads & shoulders scalp massage cream This is not easy to find in Singapore. I could not find it in Watsons, Guardian or CK. I eventually bought it from Giant at around $8/$9. I use this when my scalp feels sensitive, oily or when the weather gets humid and hot. I called to make an appointment on 7 December 2011. My appointment was scheduled to be on 3 Jan 2012. I received an SMS (screenshot below) from OA asking me to reschedule.  Rather disappointed at the short notice given. I was only informed on 31 December, 3 days before my confirmed appointment.  And she did not even bother to add my name in the SMS. I was merely referred to as customer.
